Spicy Pork Ribs Rice Noodles

1. Put scallion, ginger, garlic, red pepper, cooking wine, and blanched pork ribs in a cold water pot. Turn to medium heat and boil for 30-45 minutes. Take out the ribs and save the soup for later use.

Add pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic in a hot oil pan until fragrant. Add spare ribs, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until they are colored.

Add water to the ribs and cook until the juice thickens. (Fry the boiled eggs in the frying pan until the skin folds, remove them and put them in the pan to simmer), add the oily spiced chili seeds and mix well before coming out of the pan.

The rice noodles are soaked and cooked in boiling water, remove the filtered water, add the ribs, green vegetables, capers, dried radish, pour the ribs in the clear soup, and then pour some spicy ribs juice.
