Spicy Pork Skin
1.
The pigskin is washed and cooked in a pot. I personally like the taste when it is cooked for about 20 minutes.
2.
Chopped green onion
3.
When the pig rind is cooked, cut into small strips and put it in a bowl with the chopped green onion to let the scallion infiltrate
4.
Pour some chili powder into the bowl to make chili oil
5.
Put a little oil in the pot to heat up, and put a chopped green onion to test the oil temperature. As shown in the picture, when the scallion is fully bubbling and the chopped green onion starts to turn golden brown, the oil temperature is enough, then turn off the heat
6.
Wait for about 10 seconds and then pour the oil on the chili powder. Don’t turn off the heat and pour it right away. It's easy to paste.
7.
Take 1 spoon of chili oil, half a spoon of brewed soy sauce, half a spoon of salt, and a small amount of monosodium glutamate. Mix it with the prepared pork skin and chopped green onion.
Simple, delicious and collagen-rich spicy pork skin is ready
