Spicy Potato Chips

Prepare two medium-sized potatoes, wash and peel them.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices with a scraper, or slice them with a knife. Then, boil for 3 minutes with water. Ride out and pass cold water.
3.
Use one-third of the hot pot base and cut the garlic into minced garlic.
4.
Saute the minced garlic with hot oil and mix it with the hot pot base and potato chips.
Tips:
ps: Reminder: Don’t add too much hot pot bottom, it will be salty~spicy and delicious~
