Spicy Potato Chips

Wash the potatoes after peeling off the skin.

Cut the washed potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick, and then cut into strips about 1 cm wide.

Tips:
The amount of hot sauce and pepper powder is added according to personal taste. The hot sauce contains heavy salt, so you don't need to put salt in this dish.
