Spicy Radish Sticks

Wash the white radish.

Cut into two pieces, then cut into coin-thick pieces.

Cut the strips without cutting off the top, as shown in the figure.

Hang the cut radish on a hanger or rope.

Put it in the sun for two days.

Tear the dried radishes into strips. If you like to eat it, you can dry it more. If you like it softer, you can cut it thicker when cutting the strips, or take less exposure to the sun.

Rinse the torn radish to remove dust.

Put the radish cubes into a large bowl and add chopped peppers.

Mix well as in the picture.
10.
Place it in a sealed bottle for ten days.
11.
Put a little more oil in the pot than stir-fry, add the dried radish and stir-fry for one minute.
12.
Finished product.
