Spicy Roasted Lamb Brisket

Prepare the lamb brisket and spicy barbecue ingredients

Wash lamb belly and cut into small pieces of 2~3cm, add spicy barbecue ingredients, marinate for more than 4 hours

Wash and slice the onions and spread them evenly under the air fryer

Then spread the marinated lamb ribs evenly on top of the onions. After spreading, brush the marinade sauce and put them in the air fryer

Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes, take out 1~2 and turn it over halfway.

After the end, sprinkle some cumin powder and white sesame seeds, then bake 5 shares.
Tips:
Lamb belly cut into small pieces can be marinated overnight, and the taste is better. During the roasting process, it needs to be turned over and brushed to facilitate the taste and even roasting.
