Spicy Roasted Wing Root
1.
The wing roots are cleaned and drained for later use.
2.
Add salt and squeeze some lemon juice to remove the fishy smell and increase the aroma. (If you don’t have lemon juice, you can use cooking wine instead)
3.
Squeeze in the spicy sauce. (If you don’t like spicy, you can add other sauces as you like)
4.
Rub it a few times to evenly dip it in the sauce, and then use a bamboo stick to pierce some small holes to add more flavor.
5.
Put it in the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight. (It tastes better if it is marinated for a longer time. It can be baked the next day after marinating in the evening. It is easy and tasty)
6.
Place the marinated wing roots on tin foil on the baking tray.
7.
Preheat the oven in advance: up and down 200 degrees, put the middle layer and bake for 30 minutes.
8.
Pull it out after 20 minutes, brush the surface with a layer of honey, turn it over and continue baking, and brush with a layer of honey in the last few minutes. (You can sprinkle some cumin powder when baking it is delicious)

Tips:
Please adjust the temperature of different ovens appropriately. This method can also roast whole wings and roots. Spicy sauce also contains salt, so don't add too much salt. The baking tray should be covered with tin foil, otherwise the juice will be difficult to clean up.
