Spicy Saliva Chicken

Wash chicken drumsticks, cut green onion into small pieces, peel and slice ginger, prepare peppercorns.

Pour water into the pot, add green onions, ginger, and Chinese pepper. Add the chicken thighs under cold water. Turn to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove the chicken drumsticks as soon as they are simmered, and put them in ice water to cool completely.

After cooling thoroughly, take out and drain the water, cut into suitable size, and place on a plate.

Chop millet pepper, coriander, garlic, and chives separately. The cooked peanuts are rolled into crumbles.

Put all seasonings except sesame and ground peanuts in a bowl.

Mix well into the sauce.

Pour the mixed sauce on the chicken thighs, and finally sprinkle with sesame seeds and ground peanuts.
