It's the season to eat edamame again. Edamame is actually the soy bean. When I was a child, the pods were tender green, verdant and lovely.

Ingredients

Spicy Salted Edamame

1. Wash the edamame with water

2. Use scissors to cut off both sides of the edamame (this is good for the taste)

3. Prepare the spices

4. Sesame pepper, dried pepper

5. Put cold water into the pot, pour all the spices

6. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes

7. Pour edamame

8. Add salt and boil

9. Cook for about 10 minutes and turn off the heat (soak for more flavor)

Tips:

1. Wash and cut off both ends of edamame for better taste.
2. Cook the spices for a while in advance, so that the flavor of the spices can be more volatilized.
3. Choose a coup: After peeling the shell, if the crescent shape of the top of the bean is light green like a nail, it means that it is very tender; if it has turned black, it means that it is old.
