Spicy Scallops

First, defrost the scallop meat and remove the viscera

Prepare sliced green onion, ginger and garlic for later use, cut some carrot slices to match

Add base oil to the pot and heat, add pepper, onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add a tablespoon of Pixian bean paste and stir fry
