Spicy Sea Melon Seeds

Boil the sea melon seeds in a pot under the water until they are half-cooked and remove them for later use.

Prepare round green onion, coriander, millet, spicy ginger, and cut it aside.

Soak the sesame pepper in cold water so that it doesn't like paste when it's fried, and it tastes more meaty.

Start the pan with oil, add the sesame pepper and stir fragrantly, then add the millet and stir fry for the spicy taste. Then add the sea melon seeds. Add coriander, ginger, green onion, oyster sauce, seafood soy sauce, a little sugar for about 30 seconds. Stir-fry and you can get it out of the pot. It's delicious and simple.
