Spicy Shacha Squid Silk

Squid must be washed and cut open for later use

Cut onion, green and red pepper into rings, shred ginger and set aside

Bring the water to a boil, add the squid to be blanched in water, bend the squid to pick up the cold, drain the water and set aside

Sauté ginger, green and red pepper in another pot with oil
5.
Then add onions and continue sauté
6.
Add shacha sauce and sauté
7.
Pour the blanched squid (if you don’t like the juice, it’s better to wipe off the water with kitchen paper)
8.
Stir fry until the squid is delicious
