Spicy Shredded King Pleurotus

Main ingredients: Pleurotus eryngii, bean paste, green onions, garlic

Finely chop the green onion and garlic, and finely chop the Pixian bean paste.

Pleurotus eryngii is slapped with a knife a few times and torn into filaments.

Tips:
Pleurotus eryngii is easier to tear into silk with a few taps with a knife.
The bean paste is saltier, so you must add less oyster sauce and light soy sauce.
