Spicy Shrimp
1.
This kind of shrimp is fresh and live, and the live shrimp tastes better. Sometimes I also use quick-frozen shrimp, but the taste of quick-frozen shrimp will be worse. After cleaning the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread.
2.
One lettuce is peeled and cut into strips.
3.
Prepare the spices.
4.
Cut the dried red pepper into sections with scissors and remove the pepper seeds.
5.
Put more vegetable oil on the bottom of the pot, about 150 grams, and pour in the dry spices and stir fry to get the fragrance of the spices. Dry spices (Chinese pepper, rattan pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf, clove, grass fruit, nutmeg,)
6.
Then add garlic, sugar garlic, ginger, and pickled peppers and stir fry for a while.
7.
Add the white sesame seeds and dried red pepper and stir fry for 1 minute. Adding rock sugar can make the spiciness softer, and the shrimp will taste better!
8.
Pour the shrimp and lettuce into the pot and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
9.
Then pour the Huadiao wine. If Huadiao wine is not available, either white wine or rice wine can be used.
10.
After adding the rock sugar, stir-fry for about 3 minutes and it will be out of the pot. The prawns are tender and do not need to be fried for too long. The order of frying spices is separated, first fry the dried spices, and finally put in the dried red pepper.
