Spicy Shrimp

The prawns are cleaned, and the shrimp threads are removed with the open back.

After cooking oil in the wok, add the green onion, ginger, garlic and star anise and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Then pour in the spicy sauce bag and stir fry to get the spicy prawn scent.

Add the processed prawns.

Then stir-fry until the prawns are all red, pour in some water, turn to a low heat and simmer until the soup is thick.
6.
Serve out the plate.
