Spicy Shrimp Ball

Shell the frozen shrimp and cut it from the back

Put the shrimps in a bowl, add cooking wine, and starch, mix well, squeeze in a little lemon juice to remove fishy and marinate for ten minutes

Put oil in the pan, scatter the shrimps, fry them until the shrimps are discolored, then remove

In a separate pot, sauté the ginger, garlic, shallot and dried chili in hot oil until fragrant

Pour the shrimps and add salt

Add a little oil chili

Add chopped green onion and red pepper rings before starting the pan
Tips:
1. The lemon can be left or not, if you have a ready-made one at home, just add a little bit of it to smelly smell. It doesn’t hurt if you don’t have it.
2. Reduce the amount of peppers that are afraid of hotness.
