Spicy Sour Radish

Mince pickled radish and mince ginger and garlic

Wash the pot and put the shredded radish on high heat and stir fry until there is no moisture in the pot.

Put the crushed chili pepper noodles in a bowl and boil three times. Stir the hot oil to make oily pepper

Heat oil in the pot and stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the millet pepper and stir fry until it is spicy.

Stir on high heat for one minute. Stir evenly with light soy sauce and oyster sauce. Add a spoonful of chili oil and stir-fry for another minute. Then add the chopped chili and stir-fry until the shredded radish turns red. Turn off the fire.
Tips:
Give chili peppers according to your own taste. My baby thinks this is too spicy but delicious. According to the saltiness of the soaked radish you use, give the salt as appropriate. Because it is fried with soaked radish, it is okay to leave this dish for a few more days.
