Spicy Steamed Pork

1. Cut millet pepper, ginger, garlic and set aside

2. Add ginger, garlic, millet, pepper and stir fry, add 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, and fry until fragrant

3. Pour the fried ingredients into the cut meat and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and mix well (the thickness of the meat is about 2 cm, soak it in clean water for a while, wash it several times and drain it. Forgot to take the picture)

4. I poured half a bag of steamed pork and rice noodles, add some water and stir in one direction, add some salt and mix well.

5. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, the longer it gets, the more delicious it will be. Put on plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.

6. Cut a potato about 2 cm thick in the middle, cut it and soak for a while.

7. Put a little more water in the pot with a layer of potato chips on the bottom plate, spread the steamed pork slices on top of the potato slices, pour a thin layer of corn oil on the steamed pork, and put the steamed pork in the lid and steam for 30 minutes

8. 30 minutes later, sprinkle with green onions and coriander and simmer for a while before serving

Tips:

The fried ingredients are better when marinated together, the longer the marinade, the more delicious
