Spicy Stir-fried Flower Jiao with Meal

The sixties must be cleaned, preferably with a small brush. Heat oil in a pot, add star anise, bay leaves, dried chili, and chives to fry until fragrant.

Then add two kinds of sauce, sugar, salt, and stir fry until the sixties are open (the dead ones will not open, so don’t eat the ones that don’t open)

Finally, add the green pepper and stir fry for a while.
