Spicy Tofu

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the minced meat, and stir evenly.

Add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add a spoonful of spicy sauce and stir-fry to get the oil (fry on low heat.)

Cut the tofu into pieces and fry in the pan, shaking the pan from time to time.

Add a spoonful of soy sauce and some boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.

Finally, add a pinch of salt and chicken powder. (Not too much, the hot sauce already has a salty taste)
7.
Just sprinkle with chopped green onion. I'm already drooling.
