Spicy Tofu

Spice packs are sold in major supermarkets, and a piece of soft tofu.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and the green onions into small pieces.

Heat a pan and put a little oil on it.

Put a little salt in the pan. I use a stainless steel pan. Adding salt is to prevent the tofu from sticking to the pan. Fry the tofu a little bit.

Flip gently and fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Add a small bowl of water to submerge the tofu, and add half a packet of seasonings. Today there is less tofu and half a packet is enough. Cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes to let it taste.

Out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onions and start eating.
