Spicy Tofu

Cut the tofu into small pieces, add salt, pour in boiling water and soak for ten minutes.

Mince the meat.

Mince the onion, ginger and garlic.

Cut the pepper into circles.

In a pot, heat the oil and stir-fry the minced pork until it turns white, then stir-fry the green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

Add water to a boil, add tofu.

Put the tofu in the pot and simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust the chili, chicken essence, and water starch to get out of the pot.

Thickening is very important, someone is not suitable, so I didn’t put it
