Spicy Tofu

Wash the tofu in one piece

Green peppers cut into rings

Cut tofu into small pieces and set aside, mince ginger, smash garlic

Diced lean meat

Add salt, soy sauce and chicken powder to marinate for a while.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add the tofu and blanch, add less salt to taste.

When the water is boiled again, strain out the tofu.

Heat the pot, pour oil, add ginger and garlic, and sauté.

Add the marinated diced meat and fry until the color changes

Add green pepper rings and stir fry.

Add the diced tofu and push with a spatula.

Add a small amount of water, if you have stock, you can also add some stock, which is more delicious, add a little salt to adjust the flavor, cover and simmer until the juice is dry.

Finally, I added some self-made chili sauce (made of Chaotian pepper with ginger and garlic). Just out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Tofu can be blanched or not. I can't taste the bean curd smell of tofu.
2. If you blanch the water, add some salt to it to make it more delicious.
3. The meat is marinated in advance for more delicious flavor.
4. Add some water, simmer and cook, the tofu is easy to taste.
