Spicy Tofu

Prepare raw materials;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic to sauté;

Add tofu spicy sauce and stir fry;
4.
Stir-fry until it is fragrant, pour in appropriate amount of water and simmer;

Add the tofu cubes and cook for another minute;
6.
Add a pinch of salt to taste;
7.
Harvest the juice over high heat, pour in an appropriate amount of water, starch, and thicken the juice. After the juice is collected, put it into a bowl and sprinkle the surface with chopped green onions.
8.
Serve it.
Tips:
1. Saute the pot with minced ginger, onion and garlic, and stir-fry the fermented black bean sauce to make it more fragrant; 2. Add the tofu and stir fry without any major movements to avoid crushing the tofu; 3. The amount of salt added should be controlled. The tempeh sauce is relatively salty.
