Spicy Tofu

Prepare tofu, green and red peppers, diced pork, shredded ginger, homemade red oil. Chili sauce (anything is fine according to your taste)

Put salad oil in the pot, add diced pork and ginger slices and half of the peppers and stir-fry after the oil is hot. Turn the heat to low and then add sugar, light soy sauce and tomato sauce. Hot sauce. Red oil.

Add a small bowl of water.

Add tofu after boiling.

When the water does not boil too much, add other peppers, add pepper, salt to taste, add water starch and stir quickly.

Tips:
I made it with medium spiciness. If you like spicy food, you can increase or decrease the chili and chili sauce according to your taste.
