Spicy Tofu

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the tofu into small pieces, I used northern tofu.

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil in a frying pan.

Add tofu cubes and fry on low heat.

After frying one side, turn it over and fry the other side.

Fry until golden on both sides and serve.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and stir the scallions.
