Spicy Tofu Fish

The crucian carp is cut and washed.

Cut tofu into pieces.

Shred the ginger, cut the dried chili into sections, slice the garlic, wash the pepper and set aside.

Wash and chop garlic leaves.

Put oil in the pan, add crucian carp and fry on low heat until golden on both sides.

Push the fish to the side of the pot, add shredded ginger, garlic slices, dried chili segments and pepper to stir up a spicy flavor.

Put an appropriate amount of water and boil for three minutes.

Add a spoonful of bean paste and cook until the fish is cooked.

Add tofu and cook for two minutes.

Add half a spoonful of it to taste very fresh
