Spicy Tofu with Minced Meat

Prepare ingredients and cut into small pieces

Add a little salt, ginger, a little water, and mix well with the minced meat (choose three-part fat and seven-part lean meat)

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add 50% heat, add minced ginger and garlic and sautƩ until fragrant

Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil and simmer for about 2 minutes

Add tofu and cook for about 2 minutes

Add a little bit of Pixian Douban and stir fry until fragrant

Add a little bit of water, itās okay if the minced meat is not over, boil it, and simmer it slightly

Add the glutinous rice flour (the starch is put in water and mixed into a very thin paste) to thicken the glutinous rice, after collecting the juice, scoop it onto the tofu plate
