Spicy Trotter

Wash the trotters, blanch in a pot under cold water, remove and rinse for later use.

Spicy millet slices, sliced with ginger and garlic.

Pour a handful of peppercorns under the oil from the frying pan and saute.

Pour the trotters and stir-fry evenly, add the spicy millet, ginger and garlic and stir-fry together.

Add three teaspoons of cooking wine, and stir fry two teaspoons of soy sauce.

Add the clean water of the last pig's trotters to a boil over high heat, change to a medium-to-low heat and let it boil for an hour.
