Spicy Twice-cooked Pork

Prepare the above materials

Boil the pork belly with cold water

Thinly sliced pork belly

Stir-fry pork belly in a hot wok until golden brown

Pour in the mustard and continue to stir fry

Tips:
The boiled pork belly should be submerged in cold water, so it’s easier to cut when slicing.
