Spicy Vegetarian Chicken Balls

Pleurotus eryngii, dried chili section, red hot pepper, ground ginger, ground peanut, low-gluten flour, baking powder for later use.

Mix low-gluten flour, baking powder, salt and water to form a batter.

Pleurotus eryngii is wrapped in the mixed batter, and deep-fried in a frying pan until golden brown.
