Spicy Water Tofu

Cut tofu into long strips for later use.

Wash the green onions and cut into small pieces for later use.

Boil the oil to 40% heat, add the red 99 twice-cooked pork seasoning and sauté until fragrant.

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water (the amount of water is sufficient to submerge the tofu).

Then add tofu and simmer for 5 minutes.

Finally, add sugar, dark soy sauce, and a small amount of starch water to thicken and stir fry. Just sprinkle with chopped green onion.
