Spinach

Remove the roots and wash the spinach.. It can be a little bigger, but you can open it up to a smaller one without cutting it..

Boil it in boiling water..

After some cold water..

Cut garlic into froth... put in salt... vinegar... sesame oil... chili oil... sesame oil and stir well.
Tips:
Spinach must be blanched to remove the large amount of folic acid in the spinach, otherwise it will affect the taste.
