Spinach and Peanuts

Remove stalks, yellow leaves, clean and set aside

Many people like their own fried peanuts, but because of the limited time, I’m actually lazy. I usually buy ready-made peanuts, spiced, butter, and salt and pepper.

Chop the peanuts and chop the garlic into minced garlic

Put the right amount of salt in the water

Put the spinach in boiling water, wait for the leaves to soften and remove it, not too long

Take the spinach out of the boiling water and immediately put it in cold water

Remove the spinach and squeeze out the excess water, cut into sections

Cold pan, hot oil, 80 minutes hot

Pour the hot oil directly into the chopped garlic bowl

Put the minced garlic and chopped spinach together, add a little salt, sugar, and vinegar to taste, add the ground peanuts and mix well

Take out the spinach to control the juice and put it into a shape you like. Pour the remaining soup from the middle and sprinkle some peanuts to decorate it.
Tips:
A friend asked me why the soup is this color. I used rapeseed oil and spinach juice to get this color.
