Yesterday I fried peanuts with spinach. With the dry peanuts, this dish is really chewy. I also cut the spinach into sections, which is very suitable for children to eat. In the morning, I add some vermicelli to the pie.

Spinach and Peanuts

1. Wash spinach

2. Boil the spinach in boiling water and remove it

3. Stir-fry the peanuts, peel them off and cut them off slightly

4. Cut the spinach into sections. Adults don’t need to cut it.

5. Heat a wok, add cooking oil, sauté the chopped green onion, add spinach and vermicelli and stir fry

6. Then add some light soy sauce and refined salt and stir fry evenly

7. Then add peanuts and chicken essence

Tips:

It's fast when frying, because the spinach is hot.
