Spinach and Peanuts

Wash spinach

Boil the spinach in boiling water and remove it
3.
Stir-fry the peanuts, peel them off and cut them off slightly
4.
Cut the spinach into sections. Adults don’t need to cut it.
5.
Heat a wok, add cooking oil, sauté the chopped green onion, add spinach and vermicelli and stir fry
6.
Then add some light soy sauce and refined salt and stir fry evenly
7.
Then add peanuts and chicken essence
Tips:
It's fast when frying, because the spinach is hot.
