Spinach and Pork Liver Soup

Wash the liver and soak in clean water for more than half an hour.
Slice pork liver, pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce, starch, and pepper, stir evenly and marinate for ten minutes.

Boil a pot of boiling water, pour in the spinach, then blanch it for half a minute, take it out and set aside.

Do not pour the water for boiling the spinach, just pour the liver in and blanch it for one minute.

Take out the liver and wash it with clean water.

After boiling another pot of water, add ginger slices and pork liver and cook for a while (just a minute or two)
