Spinach and Red Date Hanami

Strain the pureed spinach and remove it for use

Add flour and knead until smooth
3.
Leave to ferment for 20 minutes

Roll it out into a rectangular slice and brush with oil
5.
Sprinkle with chopped red dates
6.
Roll up and flatten from top to bottom
7.
Cut into small pieces and stack the two together
8.
Use chopsticks to press it to the picture
9.
Let the water for proofing for 20 minutes, turn on high heat for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let it out after three minutes
