Spinach and Tofu Soup

Wash the old tofu, cut into small cubes, and soak in light salt water for about 10 minutes.

Wash spinach and blanch it in water.
3.
Cut the blanched spinach into small pieces.
4.
Add water to a boil, drain the diced tofu, and cook until boiling!
5.
Add the spinach segments and boil again.
6.
Season with salt and pepper.
7.
Add appropriate amount of sesame oil.
