Spinach Balls and Loofah Soup

Wash spinach, remove the roots and blanch in boiling water

Blanched spinach in cold water

Spinach drained and chopped
4.
Chop lean meat into puree
5.
Put the mashed meat and spinach together, add an egg white and a spoonful of salt and mix well

Add flour and gorgon powder and mix well
7.
Bring the water to a boil, and use a spoon to put the stirred meat into the pot.

Loofah, peeled, washed and sliced for later use
9.
Add the loofah after the balls float up
10.
Add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of oyster sauce to the soup and cook for a minute
Tips:
1 I added a little bit of flour, a little loose. Add a little more flour in an appropriate amount, and don’t add too much. Too many balls will not taste good
2 Loofah is easy to boil, so be sure to wait until the meatballs are cooked.
