Spinach Braised Pie

Main and auxiliary ingredients: spinach, pancakes, concentrated stock

Wash spinach and cut into sections.
3.
Cut the crepes into wide strips.
4.
Boil water in a pot and add concentrated stock.
5.
Add spinach.
6.
Bring it to a boil.
7.
Put in the pancakes.
8.
Season with a pinch of salt.
9.
Bring to a boil to turn off the fire
10.
Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl, ready to serve.
Tips:
1. Spinach and pancakes should not be cooked for a long time, just boil and serve.
2. It is not advisable to put oil in order to taste light.
