Spinach Buns with Egg Skin

After the eggs are beaten, spread them into 2 thin egg slices in a non-stick pan.

Stir spinach in boiling water for 330 seconds, remove and let cool, chop it, add seasonings, and mix well.

The egg skin is divided into four equal parts, and each small egg skin is put in an appropriate amount of mixed spinach.

Bundle the leeks separately (blanch the leeks with hot water) and serve them on a plate.
Tips:
You can use coriander instead of leeks.
Leeks can be turned on medium heat in the microwave for 10 seconds.
You can change spinach to celery or other vegetables that suit your taste.
