Spinach contains carotene and iron. I made this "Pineapple Butter Biscuit" on Christmas Eve tonight. It is very suitable for children to eat! You can make it without an oven at home. This is a no-bake biscuits. If you like it, please like and collect it. I’m not doing it very well, but I like to share! "

Spinach Butter Cookies

1. Prepare the ingredients, melt the butter in advance, and squeeze the spinach residue first!

2. Put the egg yolk, sugar and salt on the empty plate and mix well!

3. Put down the butter, mix well, and mix until there are no grains!

4. Sift in regular flour and bottom flour! Mix well!

5. Put in the spinach residue! Mix well and knead into a cookie ball!

6. Knead the cookie dough, not too soft or hard, (you can add or subtract flour or water here)

7. Take out the dough and sprinkle some flour on the silicone plate!

8. Roll the dough, the thickness is right!

9. Put down the mold and print out the cookie ball!

10. Low heat in the pan, no oil, put down the printed biscuits! Pay attention to the heat!

11. Turn the biscuits frequently, you can sprinkle some water around the pot! It takes about fifteen minutes!

12. Be pretty! The taste is okay!

Tips:

Make a small fire throughout the whole process, pay attention to the fire at all times, and turn the biscuits frequently to prevent it from burning!
