Spinach Cheese

Wash the spinach, cut off the roots, and blanch in boiling water for 1 minute. Remove and drain, the drier the better. Set aside

Two eggs, beat them up.

Add milk, sugar, salt, flour and starch and mix well.

Spread the spinach on the bottom of the baking dish and sprinkle a little salt.

Cover the top with cheese. I use cheddar cheese, Yili's. . . It should be more beautiful with mozzarella~

Pour in the egg mixture prepared in step 3, and poke the piece of cheese ~ poke it to rotten. Mix it well with the spinach and try to get more of the spinach soaked in the egg mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes at 170℃ in the lower part of the oven~
Tips:
It's best to eat it quickly, otherwise the spinach may leak water. . .
