Spinach Cheese

Wash spinach and set aside, slice mozzarella cheese.

Pour olive oil and garlic in a cold pan and fry on low heat until the garlic fragrant.

Add salt and spinach, turn to medium heat and fry gently until the spinach becomes soft.

Pick out the garlic when the spinach is soft.

Add the cut mozzarella cheese.

Cover the pot and let the mozzarella melt.
Tips:
1. Most of the mozzarella cheese sold in China is silky, which is basically the same as the spherical shape in my hand except for the difference in water content.
2. The amount of cheese can be adjusted according to personal preference.
3. It can also be replaced with other cheeses, but the mozzarella cheese has a good drawing effect, so I use this one.
4. A good virgin olive oil should be heated with a high fire, which will destroy its nutrients, so you must not open a high fire at the beginning.
5. When putting in the mozzarella cheese, you can adjust the position appropriately so that the final product shape will look better.
6. If the taste is heavier, you can sprinkle an appropriate amount of black pepper on it before eating, so it has a different flavor!
