Spinach Egg

Wash the vegetables and put them in the juicer.

Squeeze an appropriate amount of spinach juice.

One egg, beat it into a bowl, add some salt, and stir.

Pour in the vegetable juice and stir, then add some cold water. (The amount of water just like ordinary steamed eggs)

Take another bowl, brush the oil, and pour in the stirred spinach juice and egg.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

After being steamed, you can actually eat it. Put goji berries and take a beautiful photo.

Put the bowl upside down on the cutting board, cut into pieces, and serve.
