Spinach Gluten

Cut the gluten into cubes and cook for 5 minutes in water.

Wash spinach and cook in water.

Put the boiled spinach gluten in cold water, wring out the water with disposable gloves

Tips:
Spinach must be overheated to remove its oxalic acid, which is bad for human health.
