Spinach Hedgehog Bun
1.
Yeast is dissolved in warm water in advance, pour it into flour, and then slowly add spinach juice
2.
Use chopsticks to stir it into a snowflake shape and then slowly knead it into the dough with your hands. Remember that the spinach juice cannot be added at a time, but a little bit.
3.
Knead the dough and cover it with a lid and let it out in the sun until it doubles in size
4.
After the dough has been made to expel the gas, take a small piece and wrap it in the custard filling. Then close up,
5.
Then use scissors to cut out the thorns of the hedgehog (forgive me for making it by myself, so the hands are all flour and the picture is not finely photographed)
6.
Here is an illustration, Miss Mi is also wrapping her bag
7.
The prepared hedgehogs are decorated with black sesame seeds, and then size them one by one. Look at the small dough in the steaming rack which is made by Miss Mi.
8.
Let stand for 5 minutes for secondary fermentation, then steam in cold water for 12 minutes
