Spinach in Soup

Wash spinach

Boiled water

Let cool

Cut into pieces

Dice Songhua Egg and Salted Duck Egg, prepare garlic cloves and minced ginger

Stir fry for a while and pour into the bone broth. The bone broth is a bowl of ribs left over from the pressure cooker.

Cook for about 2 or 3 minutes, then the color of the soup will be slightly whiter than before
