Spinach Juice

A handful of fresh spinach, cut into sections.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the soup pot, boil a few drops of cooking oil, and blanch the cut spinach in the water for a minute or two.

Put the blanched spinach into the cup of the food processor, add an appropriate amount of water, press the switch, no spinach residue can be seen on the wall of the cup, the spinach has become puree, and the spinach juice is squeezed.

Tips:
You don't need to add too much water to the spinach. I added a bit too much. The noodles with this spinach juice are not green enough.
