Spinach Meatball Soup
1.
Spinach removes old leaves and roots, rinses the sand repeatedly with water, and cuts the spinach into spinach segments.
2.
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil, add the cut spinach segments and blanch them in water, usually 10 seconds, but the blanching time will affect the taste. Take out the spinach and immediately put it in cold water, and control the moisture for later use

Peel the scallions, clean and cut into chopped green onions
4.
Put the boiled pork meatballs and soup in a bowl and set aside
5.
Add a little peanut oil to the hot pan, add the chopped green onion and stir fry for a fragrance

7.
Add the blanched spinach and stir well
8.
Add appropriate amount of salt to taste, and turn off the heat after boiling again
9.
Turn off the heat and add a few drops of sesame oil, mix well
10.
Put it in the soup bowl and start enjoying the delicious food!
